This is a really good presentation about search engine optimization. People still think that keyword density matters. I’ve never really cared to do a check and optimize for a certain keyword density and it hasn’t stopped me before. Use image alt tags but don’t spam. They can make a difference in small niches. Finally somebody is agreeing with me about meta description tags. This meta tag is where I spend a good deal of time testing because it’s important to make it an enticing ad that will get people to click while also include the most important keywords. A good description tag will be the difference between getting visited and getting skipped in the SERPs because people actually read them! The title tag still reigns supreme but the description tag needs to be a small ad that will get a positive response, and that kind of information won’t be in the initial content of your page, which is what appears by default in the description if you don’t create the tag yourself.
